and perfect StoneColor ®. Intensive testing
and combination of existing product elements with
nanotechnology qualities has made StoneColor ®
a successful product.
Iso Facade Coating for indoor and outdoor
use
Silicone emulsion helps to give the finish the customer
wants in terms of color and surface texture. But
in this painting the siloxan technologi is also
built in. The surface the paint gives is hydrophobic.
It does not allow water in droplet form to penetrate
the facade. In contrast, paint is very open compared
to water vapor. The facade is in other words, breath.
There may come off steam and to a certain limit
water vapor in. As it continues to prevent water
from penetrating into the facade will be a natural
equilibrium shift gradually cause a drying up of
the facade and the underlying walls. The actual
painting makes a film, but because of the small
amount of conventional binder used, you remain in
a very open and breathable surface. The technician
language states that the paint is above the critical
PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration).
That the treatment prevents water from penetrating
into the facade has other advantages. As
mentioned, there is water present when the rebar
is attacked by rust. Silicone emulsion to prevent
water infiltration and also ensures that there is
a drying up of the facade and the underlying masonry.
The treatment also helps to improve
the indoor environment. Damp walls require
higher room temperature for feeling pleasure. Thus
it can also provide a savings in heating costs.
