ClimateCooler Uni Top is a solar reflecting roof coating. The paint is deleloped on the latest technology in an entire new and revolutionary way. It’s made with special flexible thermo stabilizing polymers with excellent adhesion. The flexibility is up to 200%. The design of ClimateCooler Uni Top is based on sun reflecting pigments and thermo- and UV-stable polymers. Added nanosilane gives the paint a very good self-cleaning effect. ClimateCooler Uni Top may be used on fibercement roofs, concrete- and clay tiles ect. The roof surface is provided with an unique property that reflects the solar radiation and thus reduce the surface temperature with 20 - 25°C. ClimateCooler Uni offers ultimate protection against sun,rain and snow. The roof will appear nice and beautifully painted for many years since the effect of the solar radiation is lowered dramatically. The degradation rate will be reduced signficantly. By using ClimateCooler Uni Top on a 200m2 roof it’s possible to reduce the energy consumption for air conditioning and thereby save CO2 emission equal to 1 ton pr. year. The amount represents 10% of the CO2 emission the average Danish person produces every year.
Please make a test coat on the surface for controling the compatability.
It is recommended to maintain the newly painted roof with a treatment of Iso A-Clean approx every 2 years to keep a nice and clean surface.
Usage:
Always apply the ClimateCooler Uni Top on the Uni Primer. Two coats are necessary to ensure the right thickness of the paint. If necessary dilute the paint with 10% water when the first application is done. Second layer is applied undiluted. Apply the paint with brush, roller or spray-gun. Spreading rate: 4 - 5 m2/l.

Colour: Oxide Red, anthracite grey dark, anthracite, white, light grey, aluminium grey, black, tile red, red brown, dark brown. Lustre: Approx. 20 at 60° angle Packaging: 20 litre buckets, 120 litre plastic drums or 600 litre IBC containers Application: Brush, paint roller or paint spray gun Drying time: Approx. 90 minutes at 20°C and 60% RH humidity Spreading capacity: 4 - 5 m2/l depending on depending on surface characteristics and application method Cleaning: Warm soapy water immediately after use Storage: Dry,frost-free and out of reach of children VOC: MAX 40 g/l (cat. a/c)
