Rubber Roof Coating
Product description:
Rubber roof Coating is a unique high build coating designed specifically for the treatment of very damaged or leaky roofs.
It dries to be a thick rubbery coat, and can be applied in a very thick layer onto materials such as: Fibercement, concrete, tiles, plaster, roofing felts, steel, wood etc.
Furthermore it contains agents against growth of fungi, algae and lichens together with UV-absorbants.
The elasticity of this product even at-20°Cis up to 700%.
Use and application:
Rubber Roof Coating must be applied to a clean and dry surface. It is important to apply plenty of paint especially on very poor or leaky surfaces. Very poor surfaces might benefit from establishing a net down into the paint and afterwards paint 1-2 times again. Remember the first layer must be dry before applying the second. In closed attics with bad or no ventilation it is recommended to ensure ventilation for every 30-40 m².
The best result for applying Rubber Roof Coating is by spraying.
Recommendation: Always make a test coat to ensure the compatability of product and surface.
