SREP Facade

Product description:
Full matt and weather resistant siloxane/acrylic emulsion façade paint with high covering ability

Product properties and use:
SREP Facade is used on mineral surfaces such as concrete, set silicate, and rendered façade constructions - also previously painted surfaces.
The paint is dirt-resistant and water-repellent and after drying it leaves behind a diffusion open surface. Not to be used on flexible surfaces.

The practical spreading rate depends on application method, form and surface of the material.

The surface must be clean, dry, and sustainable. Clean dirty surfaces with Iso A-Clean according to instructions. If facades of brick tiles and sand-lime bricks are treated, they must be frost resistant. Repair damages, if any, with mineral materials suitable for this purpose. Ensure that there is no damp and efflorescence on the façade.

Very absorbent surfaces must be primed with SREP Facade Primer according to instructions.

The paint must be stirred before use.

Normally, to be used undiluted. If the surface is not primed, dilute with 10 % water for the first application.

Application temperature:
The temperature must be between 8° C and 30° C and 85 % RH.

Application method:
Sprayer, roller, or brush

Apply Iso Silicone Façade paint once or twice until the façade has a matt and uniform look. The first layer may be diluted with max. 10 % water. Apply the second layer undiluted.

Please note: Do not apply in direct sunlight

Always make a test coat to ensure the compatibility of product and surface.

Drying time:

The drying and times for recoating depend on layer thickness, temperature, relative air humidity, and air circulation.
